XEROX CONNECTKEY

All our solution packages are based on the widely acknowledged Xerox ConnectKey platform, ensuring support for future new services and applications. Services such as OCR (optical character recognition), remote user screen via web, PostScript, all known file formats for scanning, encrypted hard disks / disk overwrite, automatic toner replenishment and much more are always included in the price.

If you want to use Simplify Workflow solutions like FollowMe / mobile printing or more advanced workflow solutions later, you are assured full support regardless of what kind of solution package you selected.

AUTOMATIC SUPPLIES REPLENISHMENT

As one of the first in the marketplace, Simplify can now offer service agreements on most printers regardless of their brand and age, including most HP / Lexmark / Brother devices. This gives you the same benefits as customers with larger MFPs get, including on-site technician support and free consumables included in the agreement that only involves a low cost per page.

For those who already have an ongoing agreement with extended technical support or prefer to purchase consumables when needed, Simplify now offer a unique proactive delivery model of the original supplies and Xerox replacement varieties with a lifetime warranty. We guarantee a lower price than what you currently pay for your original toner cartridges. This means you can avoid having to spend time managing and ordering consumables which can now be fully automated for all your printers, while at the same saving you money.
